Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Receptionist with excellent communication skills in both English & Afrikaans, as well as marketing experience. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting administrative and marketing functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and accurately.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
Assist with administrative tasks and support the marketing department as needed.
Coordinate marketing efforts such as social media updates, promotional material preparation, and event coordination.
Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Afrikaans.
Marketing experience, including knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and promotional activities.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
